I make a very similar matcha where I mix powder sugar with the matcha in a similar ratio you are doing for a 16Oz drink. I like this one too! Do you have your sweetener tutorial ? I think is way easier to pump lol

I must say, Matcha is a bit strong for me without additives like yours. I think I will try this and see if I can handle it. Maybe I will try it with beetroot powder which is something else I need to be taking. Thank you so much and Godspeed to you and your family.
