I bought agar agar specifically to make vegan cheese once. The cheese just tasted like seaweed & had to toss it. Wish there was a better alternative. It was a lot of wasted ingredients.😏 The charcuterie boards look nice. Thanks for the ideas.

try to buy the Thai brand of agar agar with the telephone logo on it. It doesn't have the same ocean-odor as others
