I have found that refrigerating the “batter” for a half hour or so before forming your patties helps to firm them up

Those burgers look really good. I have been think about buying Plantyou cookbook. I didn't know that all the recipes were oil free. I will definitely buy it now. Thanks for sharing. Yes! Drying out the beans is a must! Sautéed spinach and some vegan Worcestershire are good mix-ins. I use a small measuring cup to make them even - and they turn out great. They're easy to re-heat or eat room temp in a salad (AKA school lunch). Great video!

I batch these every four days. I get four each batch and love them because they are delicious and easy. The only thing I add beyond the recipe is a dash of vegan worcestershire sauce. That makes them even more tasty.
