This one looks yummy, but the stores here don't sell dashi stock and bonito flakes.

no. the place where I buy my ingredients mostly sells items from the US and Mexico. Asian products are a rarity besides canned Chow Mein and Kikkoman. I will have to be a little creative when making this dish using substitute ingredients. I've done it before with Gyudon using Steak-Ums as a substitute for Beef Slices and using the water from canned mushrooms, onions sugar, and soy sauce for the broth. Not exactly authentic Gyudon, but the dish turned out great.
