Hinyoko is a Rengma tribe delicacy , made from fermented and later dried mustard leaf.It can be consumed raw, added in salad or even in curries.

Very helpful ways to preserve mustard leaves. I have been wasting excessive mustard leaves once it turns yellow. I will try this once mustard season is on. Thank you for sharing it. Looking forward for more helpful videos.
