I have permanently given up on fish fingers. They're like 50% crumbs which means little fish flavour. The worst ones I tried were either dolphin, whale or some weird deep sea inedible fish, but I think whale. Yuck.

Sorry to hear that Red - fish fingers in the UK are usually FSC certified and 100% white fish. The only problem is they get smaller and smaller every year!

@@kurumicooksJapanesehomecooking Hi Kurumi. Yes , we get Jamie Oliver brand here in Australia and they are OK, but I'm a fish lover. My wife and I go to the sushi train once a week and I always get tuna sashimi and a seaweed salad. I could eat fish every day. I just wish that the fish was as fresh as in Japan.
