There are several ways to make fillings for donuts and I'm working on making a video for that soon but for the main time, A combination of condensed milk and powdered milk will work.Just mix them in a thick consistency, don't make it too watery. Make sure your donut is cold before you put the filling so the doesn't melt okay.

I tried making the doughnuts today the yeast wasn't expired its still active but it didn't rise at all I kneaded it but it was not even showing a sign that its became tired and left in the bowl to see if its going to rise to it didn't

Trust me if your yeast was active and you followed this recipe it will work. Did you do the yeast test to ascertain that yeast was really active? Plus I hope you know there is a difference between yeast and instant yeast? Please try again, I would love to hear you tried again and it worked this time.. let me know how it goes okay

The truth is, I also sell my doughnuts and I can tell you for free that every ingredient is super important to get that fluffy kinda donut, so don't worry just knead well, and have a good yeast, your donut will rise well and give you volume. Getting about 11 donuts of 500g of flour, is not bad for business believe me.
