Using less water, compostable pots, not using peat moss as the growing medium...I only wish it was not so expensive and accessible worldwide as I adore the idea! I think chickpea flour, lupin flour or soybean flour can replace Just egg. It's funny that we don't call the sauce 'marinara' in Italy. 'Marinara' or 'alla marinara' is something that has fish and garlic in it.
