Hey my dear,I know that this video has been uploaded some time ago but I just discovered it and it seems amazing, easy and much tastier than the powder. I have a question though,I heard the cassava is harmful and there is a particular process you need to follow to make it be safe. Is it true, and what do you need to do? Thank you!! You videos are very inspiring ❤️

Quick one please. The stove stop version calls for equal amounts of plantain and cassava (500grams) however, in the microwave version, it was 1/3 of the cassava to plantain. Is there a reason for this and, what happens if you use equal amounts for the microwave recipe?

This is what I've been eating for the past week. I'm tired of d normal garri and I found this. Add salt and vegetable oil as u cook, it really reduces that fresh plantain taste.
