As confusing as it might be, I think a good way to start making friends is by engaging in activities you’re used to or love doing. For instance I play and love basketball so going to any basketball court to play with others will be an easy way to make new friends. We all have that thing we were really into before moving to germany, just start there and expand to other things.

My tip is to focus on a certain skill and ambitions like music and so on because it's very easy to find aimless friends. for example in basketball there are many people that come to the to to the court just to drink and get high, and there are very few people who are serious about the grind. Also stay away from politics. In German there's a saying: erzfeind, todfeind, parteifreund. And last make sure that everyone in your family has lots of babies, because if you have enough cousins, you'll never run out of Friends😅

@@Waleochronicles I was looking up the climate for Leipzig and Dresden and realized even their summers are chilly. Was considering those places to live at some point, but I guess not. LOL

@@SenorJuan2023 it's actually hot right now in summer, over 30°C, many people don't go to the Mediterranean anymore. Winter isn't that cold either, it's usually above 0°C. The short daylight hours are the real problem...
