How to make German Späetzle from scratch

Like sauerkraut, späetzle Is a German staple you just have to try. This German style pasta is great with some olive oil, salt and pepper, served next to some sauerkraut and a couple of delicious bratwurst. And it’s super easy to make. Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need.
2 cups of flour
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of milk (Add more if needed)
