Kefir can have multiple uses. It is packed rich in probiotics and nutrients. It’s great for gut health, and can even be used as a meal supplement when dieting. I wouldn’t recommend solely relying on kefir for meals, but it’s a great quick dose of necessary vitamins and enzymes that your gut craves. It also doubles as a great mesophilic culture for cheesemaking.
