🇬🇾 Pumpkin Pone 🇬🇾

Ingredients:
3 Cup Puree Pumpkin
1 1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1 Cup Grated Coconut
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Coconut Cream (or Coconut milk)
6 TBSP Butter (melted)
2 TSP Baking Powder
1 1/2 TSP Nutmeg
1 1/2 TSP All Spice
1 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
1 1/2 TSP Essence
1 TSP Ginger Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
Bake at 375 °F
