LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 box 16 oz of Spaghetti- follow box instructions to cook Spaghetti
3 tomatoes cut in small pieces
2 bags of 10 hotdogs cut in small pieces - I used turkey hotdogs- Hotdogs of Your Choice
1 red Whole Onion-cut in small pieces
2 TBSPS Haitian Epis - video in my channel
1 TBSPS OF MAGGI BOULLON POWDER
1 whole Scott bonnet pepper
1/2 of each bell pepper different colors
1 sprig of rosemary
Thyme/parsley -tighten up together
1/2 cup of granola oil - used what you have
2 TBSPS of Butter
1 1/2 Tbsps of Tomato paste
Black pepper -optional
1 TBSPS of Salt - adding to the boil spaghetti water

My ex’s mom (Haitian) made this for me (non Haitian lol) 4 years ago and I’ve been trying to get the recipe since! Lol I remember some steps but you made it closer to hers than anyone else I’ve seen. It was amazing! I’m definitely going to try now.
