Lol everybody's "corrections" to the recipe kills me. Every household makes things slightly different. Just the fact that she slated this recipe is good enough. Just praise her and keep it moving!

Giiiirrrrl, yaaasssss, I'm Haitian and you did that, I'm sooooo proud of you right now, great job👏👏👏👏👏don't forget the parsley in the epis, you can make another kind with the same recipe but add a little bit of vinegar and lime that one we marinate the meat with because us Haitian we like to taste the lime in our meat! OMG I'm so proud right now👀❤❤🙌🙌👏👏👏😘

You learn well mama. Just a touch of advice. We fry the spaghetti over the high fire. It will have a sort of brown color and some pieces will crisp up and stick to the pot. That is the best part. Bravo Gigi.

@@ssimon100 No. There isn't different styles. Haitian food is being altered. Hell. I remember when they first introduced the use of hotdogs in it. Which in it self was foreign at that time. I can also remember when Ketchup was first introduced believe it or not which also was a foreign concept at that time. Haitian food isn't looking the way it was traditionally created. Good job doing it. I be trying to get it like & I can't . By the way u can put any type of meat u want I remember my aunt made it with deli turkey and it was delicious. Next time you u Haitian spaghetti , add parmesan cheese to it.
