Woah, that comes out fantastic for the cost of materials, though I think many hardcore replica builders would be disappointed with lack dimensional accuracy, the DL-44 has quite a storied past on the Replica Prop Forums. Its srs bsns.

I HIGHLY recommend using hot glue if it's accessible, it'll make things mor sturdy and easier to use; and larger projects will be more possible. just my 2 cents though, I enjoy the vids!

+BenouisGaming I generally use whatever is currently at my disposal. There are time when I build, and I realize that I've run out of glue sticks. so rather than stop what I'm doing, I'll use an alternative. Sometimes I run out of adhesive squares, and use glue. Sometimes there is a specific reason I use one or the other, but most often its convenience.

The Prop Master's Handbook thanks for the response. I love this design and I'll be making it for a friend who's going to a con cosplaying as Han Solo. I'll decide what's easier as I make it! Do you think you could have a go at Chewy's bowcaster? That's my cosplay of choice ;) nonetheless, thanks for this entertaining video, I have watched it several times haha

not bad, but this thing could actually look way better with just a bit more effort..this looks like something you make your 5 year old, so when he tears it up, there was maybe 40 min of work in it and not hours.

The Prop Master's Handbook well it says prop master....so i figured not much time for you. i want one of these for my collection..i am thinking of just skulpting one, and then casting it out of aluminium..but i might have to do things seperate and put it together casue certain things would not come out right if i tired it as a solid one peice. i just cant afford a good replica or to make a near accurate prop $$$ is a problem for me.
