I'm teaching you how to make handmade gnocchi. Gnocchi are easy to make at home and the recipe only needs potatoes, flour, egg and salt. If you're staying in a need are looking for a recipe that takes a bit of time but I'm gunna be honest, is super fun to make (shaping the little gnocchi is SO FUN), you should definitely give this a try.

Nice video thanks. If I may, you give dosage for flour but this solely depends on the size of the potatoes. So how many grams the potatoes should be? And what to your opinion is the most suitable kind of potatoes for gnocchi? Thank you in advance, all the best

great tip on the back of the fork never new my hands are bad and tried on the front as one site said did not work they came out great as little pillows but want the ridges to have sauce binding was going to buy a gnocchi board but i will try this next time thanks

Whats the texture of gnocchi after its cooked because i never try them before ? Also yesterday i try to make gnocchi using other recipe but the texture after its cooked its like the outer its cooked pasta and the inside like mash potatoes is it suppose to be like that ? Thanks.

It needs to be soft but a little gummy, potato flavor must be stronger, so flour van be felt a little only. I myself add a bit of butter and i would add one more egg on this amount. The most important step is how quick you are, if a bit slower then The dough Will only get more moist and you Will keep adding flour, and then they lose their potato flavor.
