Today, I will show you how to make hard boiled eggs more satisfying to eat. It is very simple. Very quick. Effortless.
Ingredients:
5 pcs, hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp. red bell pepper (minced)
1 tbsp. cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp. cornstarch + 1 tbsp. water)
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Sauce:
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. chili-garlic sauce
1/2 tbsp. sesame oil

Hi🥰 In case you're not a fan of butter you may use olive oil or oil of your choice, just use a little, and if you don't like spicy just don't use any, it's alright dear, play with a little sugar (just a little) instead. I've tried this and the sauce is good but the hard boiled eggs are no different then having them without the sauce, the center of them taste just like a plain hard boiled egg so not a big deal for me to make it again
