The problem with lobster is that it's super tasty, but very expensive.... plus each tail doesn't have much to eat. Unless you are at a Vegas all you can eat seafood buffet.. be sure to fill up on rice, bread, or something deep fried before getting to your lobster tail.

What about the lemon juice? Shouldn't that have been added at the end of the first two lobsters right before plating?

Yes. You can add it right in with the melted butter and garlic right before plating.
