It's interesting that one month before you posted this video, you had another pumpkin pie demonstration which you called the best. So that means you learned this one in the month following that. I'm just curious if you got it from a magazine, or from a friend or do you continue to experiment even after you do a video? It's cool that as good as you are at your craft you keep on learning. We should all do that.
