So, i made this today. My 1st attempt at this stunning recipe. A little too much for 4 pax, but im putting the rest in the freezer and I hope it freeze well. It is indeed the best roti i had. I added a little more oil though...

Hi it's cake flour. Very refined flour ,generally used for cakes .We also use in roti and puri.

Quite a disaster for me! Your recipe says boiling water which I used and ended up with playdough. Lol. Note Hot water and boiling water are completely different. I suggest you amend the recipe for people who are not familiar with the dish.
