3 sheets Aburaage (deep-fried tofu pouches)
(SIMMERING LIQUID)
1 cup water
1/2 tsp instant dashi stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
(SUSHI RICE)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups cooked Japanese rice
(OTHER INGREDIENTS)
