Adrian, I do my Calaloo your way, I sauté the seasonings in a little bit of oil to bring out the flavours, then add the Calaloo and the tomatoes and sweet peppers ,I love to mix my Calaloo with salt fish, so I put the salt fish in the seasonings and then the Calaloo. Different strokes for different folks but I like my way, thanks for sharing 👍

Here in Nigeria we just call the leaf spinach or "green" but in real sense it's actually amaranthus. We call scallops "spring onions". Amazing dish. I will try it out.

Morris, thank you for sharing this video. I have never eaten callaloo but I can’t wait to find it and make some. I do love color greens. I hope I can find it because I live in Fort Myers and it’s not a very diverse neighborhood where I am so I may have to buy an a can. What can you tell me it compares to? Thanks.🙏🏽

We call this veg "épinard" in Haïti. We can use it to make *frikase* or *legim* . The thing that you call calalou in Jamaica, in Haïti this is frikase. I like different culture.
