It reminds me when I lived in Jamaica making our way to Helshire beach soaking up the sand eating fried lobsters, fried fish and bammy I cannot wait to prepare the escovitch fish & bun. Yummy! Chef Morris everything was superb really appreciated just one thing getting the most out of our cheese is never a issue - please don’t get me wrong that’s was perfect cutting cheese I’ll never get it wrong again just know if we had to eat that tin to get all that cheese it’s gonna happen 🙃 hehe. For the cheese, I use a bag over the knife so to avoid sticking and I find it easier to handle fresh from the tin, I find that it. Breaks we easily when it's cold. Good job sir Morris. Great video again

I had that fish one time and that thing was so hard that when I tried to heat it up the next day, it was rubbery, never again.
