At first I thought they were snow globes in the thumbnail, but now that I watch this I realize it is a form of edible art!

Wow!!! It looks like a cherry blossom tree in the ground, against a blue sky! Beautiful. I’m sure it tasted amazing as well!

The focus you have on perfecting each step of the process is wonderful. I know that you must have done more than one take of each step, but that is just the way of life. Thank you for sharing such pleasurable focus with us. Your videos are always a pleasure to view. The sounds are the first thing that captures me. The way everything is put together so neatly and carefully is the second thing that harnesses me. I know that you have extingensies in place (which means that you have alternate solutions to any faiures) so that if things go wrong, you have something else to take it's place, even if it is just more of the same, just better executed. Just know that you are loved and appreciated for your focus and the love you show for your art in food.
My God... Such art. Such passion. If you did not love this thing with all your heart, it would not be so perfect. if you do not feel the same way, then be assured that we do. We who observe your videos do feel this way. This is so wonderful. Thank you for sharing this magnificent art with us.

Boil a pot of water. "Is he going to put all that chocolate in there? Isn't it going to be runny?" Dumps chocolate into the pot of hot water. "It's a bold strategy, Cotton. Let's see it if pays off for 'em."

When you have gotten yelled at in the morning when you had made hot chocolate late last night and your sprinkling was all over the place.. I must master this technique!
