HOW does hers come out in a perfect rectangle??? Mine is either a soggy mess, or a dry cardboard. Low heat and lots of patience...and lots of eggs in my case! Maangchi-sshi makes it look so easy. >^.^

Been cooking this omelette for at least a decade and had no idea it was a korean dish.

The Koreans dont have the patent. In India this is very common and a popular dish. It is called a "Veggie Omelette".
