How To Make Kunafa Dough| Homemade Kataifi Pastry | Shredded Phyllo Dough

Kataifi Pastry also known as shredded phyllo dough is made with a mixture of flour, cornstarch, salt, oil, and water. This thin batter is then spun to make the pastry's fine strands.
This is very easy to follow kataifi dough recipe to create sweet delight from scratch.
Ingredients:
All purpose Flour 100g
Cornflour 75g
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
220 ml water- room temperature

It’s depending on ur size of the kunafa. If u use the above measurement for the batter it will take 20 mins but this is for a medium size of Kunafa
