You can do this way at home but kadayif noddles won't be tiny enough. My mother, who was a master in frying Kadayif noddles always tell us KAdayif can not be made with all purpose flour. It needs to be made with special purpose flour from wheats grown in Afyon and Konya. When they run bussiness Kadayif flour cost more than double of all purpose flour they use for baking boreks and breads.

It is just the dough. You have to cut it in smaller pieces and roast it in butter until golden brown ;)

I used cornstarch powder,you can try with cornstarch powder. Rice flour won't work,dough will become dry.

Cornflour is the same as cornstarch 😊 you can find it normally in the baking aisles in supermarket shops

@@angelgirlg1978 No they are not interchangeable. Corn flour is from the entire corn kernel, it has fat, fiber and a bit of starch. Corn starch is just that. Just the starch. Both can ruin a recipe if used when it calls for the other. I am a pastry chef retired bakery owner. We touched on it briefly years ago in college. I always remembered that even tho I really never had a use for either one. I do want to thank you for responding tho. Kindest regards…😉

@@ProuderlibI made this with corn flour, and yes, it’s definitely different than what we see in the video. When blended, the consistency is thicker. I guess the correct one to use is corn starch, not corn flour. Hope this helps. 😊
