1 - El Lezzeti (lit. Taste of the Hand): This is a phenomenon where the same dish made with exactly the same ingredients and same procedure can still taste differently if made by different people. It is believed that everyone has a unique flavor in their hands that they end up adding to the dish while making it.

İnanamıyorum, bu video tam zamanında geldi, dün gece dondurulmuş lahmacun yedim. Birkaç sorularım var aslında. Fındık lahmacun nedir ve genel lahmacundan farkı nedir? Geleneksel olarak yufka ile lahmacun yapılır mı?

Fındık lahmacunun boyutu normal lahmacundan biraz daha küçük oluyor. Temel fark bu ☺️
