great chefs and good cooking involve the least amount of ingredients, paired to compliment each other and cooked with care ... this is a great example. Well done. Making this tonight for my catfish and later my talapia fillets. Thumbs up.

@@PomazeBog1389 Sauce was perf (i.e. perfect) ... the catfish needs work ... too much corn meal, very dry; sopped up sauce to keep it edible. The trick is controlling the heat, too hot it will break and too low it won't mix ... Also, I used a small sauce pan, about 4 inches in diameter so that the sauce wouldn't spread so much and thin out i.e. and evaporate quicker. @@jessica_7744 so I was looking this recipe up to make with some Mahi mahi last night. I tried both on the stove top and the microwave. The problem I had with both was the butter would separate if too hot. However on the stovetop I was able to control the temperature and blend the lemon juice and butter together. From this I found that both the microwave and stove top sauce where the butter separated did taste very similar. However the sauce made on the stove top at the right temperature where the butter didn’t separate and blended with the lemon, created a beautiful soft almost cream like sauce. I would say it was a 2 minute process in total with the microwave and 5 minutes for the stove top
