You can make so many things with lemon curd, ie fill cakes, cupcakes and even madeleines, make easy mini tarts, add it to a cheesecake, layer it with yogurt.

no. this is an Omelette. Where is the butter? Do not boil the eggs just heat, then add the butter that thickens everything
