Ingredients : Leum Kleun Recipe
Base recipe
40g (1/3 cup) Mung bean Starch
120g (1 cup) Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Jasmine Water
400ml water
Coconut cream recipe
150ml (1/2 cup+2 tsp) Coconut milk
15g (1/8 cup) Rice Flour
15g (1/8 cup) Mung bean Flour
8g (2tsp) Sugar
1/4 Tsp salt

Leum Kleun translates to "I forgot to swallow." So maybe that's why Dean's reaction was like that... Coz Fluke Leum Kleun. Right? 55555

Sadly this dessert can last only one day. Keeping it longer than that or putting it in the fridge will destroy the texture and the taste. You don’t have to be sorry for practicing your English skills. Practice makes perfect! The more you use, the more you learn!

In this video I use normal food coloring (blue&pink) and jasmine&amyl acetate flavor! You can also try to use pandan if you like it.

Only one day. Keeping it longer than that or putting it in the fridge will destroy the texture and taste. When I make Leum Kleun,I will eat and share with others within the day that I make it😊

Jasmine water will enhance the smell in this Thai desserts like the way you put vanilla bean in cakes🐰 If you don’t like the smell of jasmine water or you can’t find one it’s ok. It’s not necessary.
