Too bad lol, most of the teachers on my school actually likes it haha, a lot of them asked me if I did it myself or if someone did it for me. Also my wrestling coaches liked it, they even wanted to work on drills with me just it was fun and they wanted to see how strong the spikes actually were. (One of them actually stabbed himself in the eye)

Doesn't surprise me. I'm 27, but I had a mohawk when I was in middle school and after about 2 months during a meeting with the principal and vice regarding my constant ditching of all my classes, they told me and my parents that I would no longer be allowed to wear my hair that way because they recieved complaints that I was running at people "like a bull". LOL they obviously made this up because doing such a hilarious thing had never even crossed my mind. Long story short, I told them to go pound sand and that I simply would not attend school at all in the foreseeable future and they backed down saying that they will just let it "run its course" since I changed my hairstyle all the time anyways. Wore it for another 2 months just out of spite. Fuck Catholic school.

The time will always be different from person to person, depending on a lot of different factors. For me, this took me about over one hour (and Im really rusty). But for a person thats doing it for the first time, it might take more. Tho once you really got the hang of it and built up the speed, I definitely think It can be done under one hour. Hope this will help you mate and as a last thing.. Im not awesome, more like a huge dork.. haha. You are awesome tho for your kindness, thanks so much!

I tried this when younger, early 2000's. When lots of punk, metal and new-metal bands where doing this and there were no tutorials. I always liked Chester's spiked hair from LP in the music video "crawling" But I could never spike It like this, never thought hair dryer with hairspray. I tried hair gels that were for spiking hair, but could never get Liberty spikes I think bc my hair is really thick.

No, you should probably look at what you put into your hair/what you do with it and your scalp. Maybe you have a sensitive scalp. And it needs extra care.

Hmm, if your hair doesn't have any major defects (like it easily brakes or is very damaged) then I think that this can be done to any type of hair. You might have to develop a little different method for the specific hair you have. For example if you have thick and curly hair you might wanna spend some extra time on making your hair straight. To summon it up, yes I think that it can be done. Only you might have to tweak the method a little so that it works for your hair. Hope this will help you a little bit at least and good luck!
