Moong dal recipe is one of my favourite quick and simple evening meals, even though I love many lentil recipes. I have to say this green gram lentil curry is one of my best.
A common Indian dish called moong dal is prepared from split moong beans. It is frequently offered as a side dish or with rice. You can easily prepare moong dal at home using my recipe.
This moong dal recipe, which is made with split green gram lentils, is among the easiest to prepare. Moong Dal Tadka has a texture that is rather thin and pourable but still has plenty of substance, similar to that of a soup or a curry.
