INGREDIENTS:
Flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Mix well
Holds shape perfect consistency
Water 1/3 cup
Smooth & tight dough
Rest for 20mins
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Bring it to a boil
Cook for 5 mins
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Sugar syrup is ready
Keep aside
After 20 mins
Divide into 5 pieces
Dust corn flour
Make 5 rooti
Oil
Corn flour
Place another rooti
Repeat this process
Roll tightly
Use water to seal the edges
Roll slightly
Fry until golden brown
Slightly hot sugar syrup
Soak for 10-15 seconds
