Just a note on the goodness it does for the womb and “bringing about balance to menstrual cycles”, a caution is necessary as mugwort is an ABORTIVE, do NOT take if pregnant and without consulting your physician

hello Thankyou for the wonderful videos I'm new to herbs an i have the most beautiful mugwort in my garden i harvested on the full moon what i wish to know the flowers are still buds its not flowered as yet can i use them once dried or fresh for tea? for sage? for smoking? for oil? for tincture? have also left some mugwort so i can experience it in full bloom the flowers once the flowers open how can i use these? Thankyou x

Please, is it ok to drink Mugwort tea daily or should we stop after a set amount of days? If taking 1 cup per day is this fine? I put my question out to anyone with knowledge. Thanks.

I’ve taken mugwort a few times, I’ve even dosed quite a bit more than I should’ve and yet nothing happened in my sleep. I also don’t ever have dreams so I was very excited to try it and nothing happened. Any tips?

so as a witch that uses this herb, sometimes you need to tell it what to do and how it should help or maybe write your intention on a bayleaf or a piece of paper and leave it next to the mugwort for a bit because it has many uses it may be confused on what you want it to do

Did you take the actual herb or just a supplement? I think if you drink the herb straight up is the best way to get the benefits. I drank mugwort herb last night and my dreams were very vivid but I had a nightmare so that could be a downside :(
