HOW TO MAKE: Nasi Ulam | Sherson Lian

Happy weekend guys! Ok ini episode terakhir buat resipi saya bersama @jasminefoodmy and I’ll be using Jasmine Pusa Cream rice for today’s special recipe, Rice Herb Salad, atau dalam Bahasa Melayu, Nasi Ulam!
Beras rendah lemak & kanji ini memang best sebab beras ini jenis Basmathi Parboiled atau pun beras yang telah direbus. It’s high in vitamins & mineral so siapa yang nak makan nasi yang lebih sihat, boleh lah cuba beras Jasmine Pusa Cream ni.

NASI ULAM
Ingredients: Rice
✏️ ½ cup of Jasmine Pusa Cream Rice / Nasi
✏️ 2½ cup of Water / Air
✏️ 1tbsp of Salt / Garam
✏️ 1tbsp of Coconut Oil / Minyak Kelapa
✏️ 1nos of Pandan Leaf / Daun Pudina
Ingredients: Herbs & Others
✏️ 1 handful of Coriander/ Daun Kesum
✏️ 1nos of Lemon Grass / Serai
✏️ 5nos of Shallots / Bawang Merah
✏️ 1 handful of Mint Leaf / Daun Pudina
✏️ 1 handful of Basil / Daun Selasih
✏️ 5pcs of Piper Sarmentosum / Daun Kaduk
✏️ ½ cup of Grated Coconut / Kelapa Parut
✏️ ¼ cup of Dried Shrimps / Udang Kering
✏️ 5nos of Kaffir Lime Leaf / Daun Limau Purut
✏️ 1nos of Etlingera Elatior / Bunga Kantan
✏️ 2nos of Calamansi / Limau Kasturi
✏️ 1tbsp of Fish Sauce / Sos Ikan
✏️ 1tbsp of Vegetable Oil / Minyak Sayuran
✏️ 1nos of Salted Egg / Telur Masin
✏️ 1nos of Red Chilli Padi / Cili Padi Merah

Why the fuck would you have screen scroll in the language you are speaking and also close caption in the fucking same language? I tune into your channel to cook food not learn a language especially when it comes to learning about recipe. Please keep it in mind that I am trying to cook your dishes and it's not possible if you or your CC do not speak Malaysian!
