@@sarahbeee5240I use that shampoo for many years, and I will never be back to chemical shampoo, no more loosing hair, no more dry scalp. First month or maybe more my hair was getting used to that shampoo, because all my life I used regular shampoo from the store, and hair needs time to get in new kind of shampoo. I like it, hair is healthy and shine 👍

I have been using a similar recipe for a week now it took me 40 years to realize I need to make my own shampoo. I was losing hair in scary amounts and I could see my scalp my hair was so thin I was convinced nothing could stop the hair loss. Hi Rochelle, I know exactly what you mean. My hair was like that too. I think it's because there is no additional ANYTHING in it. It's been a hit and miss adventure with many of the recipes I tired, but can confirm my hair likes one. The other thing worth trying is... to only wash your hair once a week and plenty of brushing to stimulate the scalp. Well that's what I now do. I hope this helps. Love Astar

I make my own shampoo too. I love recipes with herb water but for my hair i actually use alot more oil to mine because im half arab and half english so my hair is really thick curly and bristly. I make an herbal oil emulsion vs the herb water. I used to use 80% oil 10% castile soap and 10% glycerin but i tried something new today. my ratio is 70% oil to 10% water 10% borox and 10% glycerin. I just thought i could try it hope it works out. The reason Im saying this is in case someone has hair like mine and they need that extra oil. It rinses out just fine even in that high % of oil. Im going on my 3rd yr with doing my shampoo like this. But I really like your setup and your video :D
