Growing up in lagos!! Use to be one of my favourite street food especially from the togolese hawking it on my street😅😅loved it with my fresh hot agege bread 🍞🍞 you have done well

Everything is magical cooking the season for two hours then smashed with the spoon good texture, slice onions in a special way the fry with palm oil for two hours as well given a nice brownish dark color ready to eat mmmm 😋

My in-law try soaking the beans for a couple hours before cooking it. That will reduce the heart burn. I don’t really like eating beans and this is the only recipe that I like eating. Happy Sunday my beautiful in-law.
