Yes it does, but if you are making a large amount I would suggest using a molino.

I didn't hear you mention anything about the skins having to be off of the corn. Do they have to be because I read and a massive book that the skins have to be off the corn

For the corn, you want to find dried dent or field corn, which is starchy, not sweet. Sweet corn and popping corn will not work.

I’ve never es tried it with popcorn. I will give it try and see if it turns out. It’s different shape but I’m sure it will work. I will keep you posted.
