Quaker oats is the best, using it for fufu is the healthiest fufu one can enjoy. Blending the oats into a powdery form makes life easy. I like the touch of olive oil, it added a glossy touch. Thanks for sharing Dearest Sister.

Cheap and healthy. This is a stable swallow for me. Both methods are great. Using a non stick pot to turn swallow makes so much different, this I have learnt from your channel. TFS

Sis your pot alone is enough appetizer 😊 it's beautiful. Adding oil is a lovely tip. I normally go by the second method of adding room temperature water but I cook on stove not microwave. Will give the microwave style a try. Thanks for sharing👍
