Oatmeal fufu is what we eat. It is healthy and also very good and easy to make. Both ways are easy to follow. Thanks so much for sharing.

Quaker oats is the best, using it for fufu is the healthiest fufu one can enjoy. Blending the oats into a powdery form makes life easy. I like the touch of olive oil, it added a glossy touch. Thanks for sharing Dearest Sister.

This is what I eat almost everyday 😁. I agree sis., oats is one of the most healthiest and cheapest foods to buy. I love both methods, they always turn out well, I will try out the olive oil hack, thanks for sharing 👍👍

Cheap and healthy. This is a stable swallow for me. Both methods are great. Using a non stick pot to turn swallow makes so much different, this I have learnt from your channel. TFS

Sis your pot alone is enough appetizer 😊 it's beautiful. Adding oil is a lovely tip. I normally go by the second method of adding room temperature water but I cook on stove not microwave. Will give the microwave style a try. Thanks for sharing👍

The microwave method is the quick action method. I do use both method depending on the mode I am 😆

So what if we don’t have a blender at the moment, if we were to let the oat boil as we stir continuously, would we still get the same results into a mush? I will test my theory out but I wanted to know if someone has already tried it 😊
