I love it that the first thing I see on each video is the chef's expression when he eats his own cooked dish. He is so genuine and really makes me salivate haha. Thanks for sharing all your simple and very delicious recipes.

Just made this. I found the sauce to be too dark so I might use less dark soy sauce next time. I also transferred to the slow cooker after simmering for a few minutes to make it more tender. Another delicious recipe. Thx Roland.

Thanks for the inspiration. I cooked this yesterday. It was delicious. For our taste I added a piece of red bean curd and a crushed clove of garlic. I have now tried several of your recipes and loved each one.

I don’t cook pork because of it “porky” taste. When you mentioned the wine could rid off pork tastes I decided to give it a try today .Furthermore my family members especially the men love meat with bone in tact so I decided to give this a try. It’s REALLY simple 😃without any marinating in advance the meat is tasty and tender my husband loves it. I am going to cook thos for my brother in his birthday. It has a “big dish” look 😁 Thank U Chef Roland. PS . I cook this n the yam basket today ❣️All good and great. 😘

Use baking soda to clean the pork it helps to get rid the porky taste
