Ingredients
2 cups blended okra
2 cups chopped okra
1/2 cup palm oil
5 fresh tomatoes
1 large chili red bell pepper (tatashe)
3 scotch bonnet peppers (atarodo)
1 onion bulb
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons ground crayfish
2 crayfish seasoning cubes
Pinch of opeyi (optional)
1/2 table spoon ground cameron pepper
Salt to taste
1 cup shredded stock fish
1 cup shredded smoked fish (kpanla fish)
Goat meat (Chevon)
Beef
Kpomo (Cow Skin)
Shaki (Tripe)

Update; I tried the recipe exactly as it is; tomatoes included and it turned out peeeeerrrfect. Although I used only beef and smoked fish without Ugu, ah it was beautiful. Not a single error.💞 Thank you Winnie for making cooking stress-free 🤸
