Nice to see the younger guys cooking up some gourmet dinner. I would be easy on the seasoning and would wrap it in alu foil and bake it like that for like 2 hrs, so it doesn't dry out, than uncover and bake another hour, apply sauce, broil for 10min and done.

Tip 1: mix seasoning in a bowl to ensure uniformity Tip 2: Season and place in fridge uncovered to dry brine for a day Tip 3: wrap ribs using tent method w heavy duty aluminum foil Tip 4: cook to fully done. Remove from foil. Apply BBQ sauce and broil till sauce is set Tip 5: allow ribs to rest Tip 6: use a baking sheet instead of that beautiful roasting pan and rack (nordicware makes some awesome baking sheets) Good luck brother.

You have to cover them with foil and add water,apple juice, orange juice or apple cider vinegar which ever you prefer and bake them for 3 hours it will be fall off the bone tender add them back in the oven for 30 more minutes add sauce and it will be like they cam out the grill crispy and fall off the bone tender

U need to add oil and rub that seasonings in so it can actually penetrate that meats leaving the seasoning dry is gonna make a dry outer layer and cause it to darken or burn

since they are pork they have a lot of intermuscular fat so pretty much any way you cook ribs they aren't going to be dry unless you cook them for like 12 hours in a hot oven lol

350 is way too high for a 3 hour cook, bring that temp down for the cook and then up to 425 to set the sauce at the end!

If doing 3hr cook time you'd want to go 300. 350 is for a 2hr cook. Also blend that seasoning before applying!!!!

Uh, dude?!? Maybe you should measure out your dry seasoning in a dish so your season is evenly blended. Then add it to your ribs so all areas of the ribs get equal dry seasoning.
