so cute I saw another video for making the pumpkin shape and she left twine on it while it baked in the shape of a pumpkin and it cooked beautiful and stayed rounded just like a pumpkin

If we don't have a mixer to make the dough, what exactly is good to make it? Knives? Hands? Please let me know.

Tessa, I love these rolls, they are Soooooo cute. Since I've started watching your videos, I have purchased a good digital scale, and always weigh my ingredients instead of going by size. Much more accurate and actually easier! Thank you. I have one question about the pumpkin rolls. I am not a big fan of pumpkin flavor, and was wondering if I could leave out the pumpkin puree? Should I replace it with something else for the moisture / texture?
@TessaAriasTV8 жыл бұрын
Ah that makes me so happy to hear!!! Hmm I'm not sure about the pumpkin puree. This recipe was actually based off my Ultimate Dinner Roll recipe, so you might have luck going off that recipe: www.handletheheat.com/ultimate-dinner-rolls/

Made these today and they turned out beautiful! If I want to make 30 rolls next time do I just double the ingredients or do I need to make a single batch twice?
@TessaAriasTV8 жыл бұрын
Doubling should be fine as long as your mixer has the capacity!
@aerieltolentino56848 жыл бұрын
If i double the recipe can i put the bread dough all together or separated
@TessaAriasTV8 жыл бұрын
Do you mean in the mixer? It'll depend on the size of your mixer bowl.
