How to make Queso Fresco

If you want to get into cheesemaking and don’t want to go through the trouble of aging your cheese or don’t have the equipment, this is a great beginner recipe. I love it on enchiladas but the sky is the limit.

What milk do you pick at the store? Does fat % and quality make much of a difference? Ever try chocolate milk?

I only ever use whole milk because fat percentage does matter. Less fat would make a drier cheese.
