Hey Everyone,
Rice and Peas is one of my favorite dishes from Jamaica. I wanted to show you guys how I cook Rice and peas with Gunguh green Pigeon,,,Enjoy ;)
HOW TO COOK JAMAICAN RICE AND PEAS ( everything used)
3 cups of rice
1 can of tinned or 1 cup of fresh Gungun Green pigeon peas)
primento seed 3 Scallion
1/2 half can (or one cup) of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of salt
2 sprigs of fresh thyme (2 teaspoons of dried thyme may be used as a substitute)
