Thants for the syrup tip. Could you use this sauce to make carmel corn or peanut brittle?

Chef Tom, amazing as usual. I have been following you for awhile now. I have a question cause I am coming up short. Some years back I bought a powder mix blend called Caramel Apple cider, it BLEW my mind and tastebuds away...I have recently been experimenting recreating it, I cannot find it ANYWHERE, with no luck. I think its mulled some too. Would there ever be a chance you could help me figure this recipe out, or maybe demonstrate it so I can follow along?? aside from mulled wine, and Chia, it's my go-to cold weather drink, well it would be if I could make it right. lol, Keep up the good work chef!! Happy Holidays as well!!!

can I use golden syrup in stead of light corn syrup please. It's easier to find in the UK

I feel like a shot of bourbon or two would go great in this as well.

you should've dipped a green apple in it and covered it in roasted nuts
