I love Clay in the background. Your fan is appreciating your work. Our children seeing mom/ parents at work is a strong Plus. I was raised watching and helping mom work her business. Rock on with it. Congrats.

I had no idea you can add sea moss to anything warm/hot. I’ve always been told you lose the health benefits and nutrients that way. This is awesome! Thanks for sharing Do you have any tips on using sea moss for baby formula for those moms who choose not to use store bought formula?

Queen could you PLEASEE share the nail polish (color and brand) you’re wearing ? I absolutely love it Also I read that heat (putting it in tea) dissolves almost all the minerals of sea moss
@johnkennedy37822 жыл бұрын
Would putting sea moss in hot water take away all the minerals or no ?

Is it possible to soak your seamoss. Dry it then package it in empty teabags with burdock root? Or will it not dissolve if it's in dry form

Does it matter what tea we use for seamoss

It loses its nutrients if you boil sea moss. I don't think adding it to a hot drink loses its nutrients...That's why you add it to the tea but DO NOT boil it while making your tea.
@tastelesssoperatatouille43962 жыл бұрын
It doesn’t, if you’re using the water you boiled it with, no nutrients are lost.

Is the honey alkaline? Ive seen conflicting opinions
@HealthyKyla3 жыл бұрын
That's a good question! It honestly depends on what type of honey it is. This is a great video topic.

I looked that up it's not alkaline until it's in your body if that makes any sense
@loveleeeventplanningl.l.c.75393 жыл бұрын
No honey is acidic not alkaline. Look at Dr. Sebi food chart

A little never hurts. Don't use a whole tsp. Just a dab and see how you like it.
