How To Make SIDECHAIN REVERB in FL Studio | SIDECHAINED REVERB TECHNIQUE | FL Studio Tutorial

Hello Broducers!
Today I showed you how to apply sidechained reverb technique. With this reverb technique your leads will be so much present, upfront and you'll achive much more clarity on them!
There are 2 ways to do it. One way is using a Fruity Peak Controller and adding a reverb after it as an instert. Then the key thing is to connect the reverb's dry / wet knob to the Peak Controller. The other way is different than the first one.
And there are 2 ways to do it. It is applied by Fruity Limiter and we'll use it as compressor and we'll duck the reverb signal according to the leads. Also you can achive WW Reverb Technique with this method too.

@Ozgun are there any other reverbs with dry knob like fl studios reverb plug-in? For example I would like to use Valhalla reverb to do the same....but there is no dry knob. Are there any technics to do it on plug-ins where there is no dry knob? Thanks in advance

put a plugin with a volume knob after your reverb and send the sidechain to it instead

@@SNAPNEWS.24 could be literally anything with a volume knob, you're only using it for the volume. You could even send it to the channel fader. I use TAL-filter, but it really doesn't matter as long as it isn't changing the signal and has a volume you can route the automation to

Ok noob question on 2nd method. All the leads are routed into the lead bus as 'route to this track' but also the 'reverb bus' correct? So the volume on reverb bus has to be none, is that why reverb dry signal is turned all the way down? Also, leads are routed to lead bus, but to the master as well? That's double the input signals. Im confused as hell

There should be a one "Lead Final" bus that both your dry leads and reverb bus is routed. So your lead bus is going to a lead final bus, and your reverb bus which contains only wet reverb signal is going to the same lead final bus too. Now you can seperately process your reverb and leads.

Evet öyle de olur. Bunun nedeni sinyalin çok düşük olması. Sinyali sesini açarak ya da önüne fruity balance vst koyarak yükseltebilirsiniz.

It's no problem as long as I lower them before mastering. In 32 bit you have extra headroom.
